Free Visit Zones
Due to the overwhelming success of our current free visit days, from 1st January we will be providing a free visit every weekday to those clients within visit area 1 from any of our clinics. If you are unsure if you qualify for the free visit every day then please call any of our clinics and our reception staff will be happy to help you. We will continue to run our free visit zone days as normal with the exception of the zone 1 free visit Monday which will now run on a Thursday.
ZONE 1: THURSDAY - East Berkshire, West London, North Hampshire and North Surrey
ZONE 2:TUESDAY - South Oxfordshire, West Buckinghamshire and North Berkshire
ZONE 3:WEDNESDAY - South Buckinghamshire, South Hertfordshire and West Middlesex
ZONE 4:WEDNESDAY - Mid Buckinghamshire and East Oxfordshire
ZONE 5:THURSDAY - North Buckinghamshire,West Bedfordshire and West Hertfordshire
ZONE 6: MONDAY - South & East Bedfordshire and Mid Hertfordshire

1.We reserve the right to alter the boundaries of the free zones
2.Only available to clients registered with the Chiltern Equine Clinic.
3.Free visits will only be provided on the zone day
4.Free visits must be booked by 4 pm on the day preceding the zone day
5.Visit times will be allocated on the morning of the free visit ,clients must be able to accept any time between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm
6.The vet will be allocated by the practice
7.We reserve the right to refuse the free visit to any client in breach of our terms and conditions.
8. The free visit every day (Monday—Friday) is only available to clients within visit area 1.

Not a zone day? Remember if you have a vet living in your area pre book a first or last call and get a reduced visit fee (£12.50 +VAT). Our vets live in Little Kingshill, Holmer Green, Amersham, Loudwater (High Wycombe), Northchurch, Berkhampstead, Cookham and Henley.
