We are also committed to providing you with the highest quality care at affordable prices. The Chiltern Equine Clinic ‘Price Promise’ therefore aims to ensure our prices are the most competitive available in the local area*.
How our ‘Price Promise’ works (see terms & conditions below)
If you are able to find more competitive prices elsewhere in the local area for the products and services we provide, we commit to matching that price and even add up to a further 5% discount under our prompt payment discount scheme (see prompt payment discount terms and conditions).
All you need to do is to provide us with a valid written quotation from your alternative provider for the exact goods and services you wish to purchase from us.

Terms and Conditions
• We only commit to matching prices from qualifying competitors who operate within a *fifteen mile radius of any of the Chiltern Equine Clinic’s. Prices will only be matched when a valid written quotation is provided, which is dated, includes the suppliers full name and address and VAT details are included.
• We will not match prices from internet providers, mail order, digital TV or Telemarketing competitors, or any charities.
• We will only match prices that are fully available to the general public, i.e. the prices quoted by an alternative supplier are not conditional on specific qualifying criteria such as, but not exclusively, buying groups, specific personal or group profiles, specific personal or group price concessions, specific personal or group price offers and promotions etc.
• Prices will only be matched if the quotation includes prices for exactly the same products and services (brand, unit /pack size, product type, product specification, service procedures), as provided by Chiltern Equine Clinic.
• Prices will only be matched if the products and services quoted for are supplied by a qualified and registered veterinary practice and where prescription only items are included, is signed by a qualified veterinary surgeon.
• Chiltern Equine Clinic reserves the right to refuse to price match if the terms and conditions of this offer are not complied with.
• Chiltern Equine Clinic reserves the right to change the conditions of the offer, or terminate the offer at any point in time.
